What Working With Us Actually Looks Like.
Who will I actually deal with?
The people building it. We're a small in-house team, so there's no account manager relaying messages between you and someone you never meet.
What do I own at the end?
The real source code and hosting access, handed over at launch. It's yours to keep, extend, or give to another developer — we don't hold it hostage.
Will the price change halfway through?
You get an itemized quote before any work starts, and you're never billed more than what you agreed to. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta, never marked up through us.
How quickly will someone answer me?
Within one business day, on WhatsApp or email. If we can't help, we'll say so rather than take the project and work it out later.
What if it isn't worth doing yet?
We'll tell you. Plenty of businesses don't need custom software or a rebuild yet, and saying so costs us one project but saves you a wasted budget.
How do I check any of this?
Open the work. Every project in the portfolio links to a live site you can use, not a mockup — including the CRM we run our own business on.
