These terms cover use of https://yadhurtech.com itself — browsing the site and submitting an enquiry. They are not a service agreement or statement of work; those are separate documents issued once a project scope is agreed, and they take precedence over anything here for that engagement.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse, share links to, and reference this site. Its content — copy, design, code, and the portfolio descriptions of our own work — is owned by Yadhur Tech and shouldn’t be copied or republished without permission. Logos, screenshots, and case-study details for client projects remain the property of those clients where applicable.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form doesn’t create a contract or reserve any pricing. Figures discussed before a formal proposal are planning estimates, not final quotes — a firm price follows a discovery conversation and a written scope of work.
No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing, SEO, and advertising results depend on factors outside our direct control — market conditions, competition, budget, and platform algorithm changes among them. Any figures shown as case studies on this site reflect specific, named engagements and are not a guarantee of similar results for a different business.
Ad spend, milestones, and project engagements
For any engagement that involves paid advertising, ad spend (what you pay Google, Meta, or another platform directly to run campaigns) is always billed by that platform to you, separately from our fee for planning, running, and optimizing those campaigns — we don’t mark it up or bill it ourselves. For project work, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, and what we need from you (assets, approvals, account access) are set out in that project’s own scope of work, not on this page — this site’s terms only cover browsing it and submitting an enquiry, as stated above.
Third-party links
This site links to project work hosted on other domains and to third-party tools (WhatsApp, Google, Meta). We’re not responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t operate.
Liability
This site and its content are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Yadhur Tech isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site itself — including reliance on planning estimates, case-study figures, or any content that hasn’t been confirmed in a written scope of work. This is separate from, and doesn’t affect, whatever liability terms are set out in an actual client service agreement, which govern that specific engagement instead.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Yadhur Tech is registered.
