Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Yadhur Tech (“we”, “us”) collects through https://yadhurtech.com, why we collect it, and how it’s handled. It applies to this marketing website and the enquiry form on it — it does not cover client projects we build separately, which are governed by that project’s own agreement.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect:

Name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
The service, industry, budget range, and timeline you select
The message you write
Standard technical data (IP address, browser, referring page) via server logs and analytics

If you message us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy in addition to this one. By starting a WhatsApp conversation with us or providing your WhatsApp number in a form on this site, you consent to us contacting you on WhatsApp about your enquiry — you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us so in the chat or by emailing the address in the Contact section below.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and follow up about a potential project
To keep an internal record of leads and past conversations (in our CRM)
To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, using aggregated analytics

We do not sell your information to third parties.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored in Sanity, the content/CRM platform we use to manage enquiries internally. Email notifications about new enquiries are sent through Resend. Both are standard third-party infrastructure providers, not marketing partners — they process data on our behalf and don’t use it for their own purposes.

We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain a record of past conversations for our own business purposes — typically no more than a few years after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner (see “Your rights” below).

Legal basis (India’s DPDP Act, and GDPR for EU visitors)

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Yadhur Tech acts as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you provide, and you are the Data Principal. We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or message us — you can withdraw that consent at any time using the contact details below, though this won’t affect anything we already did with your consent beforehand. If you’re contacting us from the EU or UK, the same rights apply under GDPR (the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation), including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and measure ad performance, where those are configured. See our Cookie Policy for details on what that involves and how to opt out.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw any consent you previously gave, at any time — email info@yadhurtech.com and we’ll action it within a reasonable timeframe. If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled a request, you can raise it with our grievance contact at the same address, or (for DPDP Act complaints) with India’s Data Protection Board, or (for GDPR complaints) with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
